Open Access Clinic

 

Once you’ve made the decision to reach out, Heritage staff will make it as easy as possible to get you started. Our mental health and substance use assessment ensures that you are getting the wrap around support you’re looking for. 

 

Open Access Clinic is open for walk-ins on Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:45 am and 1:00 pm to 3:45pm. Scheduled assessments are available on Fridays from 8:00am to 12:00 pm. If you would like to schedule an assessment or explore our virtual options, please call us at 217-362-6262.

 

Assessments are scheduled by appointment only in our Clinton location.
